Rowan / Mountain Ash (Sorbus aucuparia) - Similar to Ash, Rowan is most easily distinguished by its serrated leaves and red berries in summer. It can grow at altitudes up to 1000ft in the UK and will naturally regenerate on unmanaged heathland habitats.
